i would say it was hydro if using chemical feed 5.8 is a good target but go with what it says on the nute bottle
if its organic hydro it could have a higher ph
 
I havent done it myself for a while and never organic hydro
 
I'm not sure who said you didn't have to worry about pH with organic nutrients, but that's not right. Especially with coir, as it's much more pH sensitive than soil. Maybe in soil it's easier to have a fluctuating pH because it'll help to buffer the pH, but when you're running a hydro situation, pH is very important because of the lack of buffering the medium will provide.
 
pH is a tad low and likely locking out N and P. With the addition of the Happy Frog to the Sunshine mix it's not a true soil less mix anymore. I'd try and get the pH up a little, maybe around 5.8 - 6.

GO claims you dont have to ph...also the mycorrhizae is also a buffer between the plant and the water/nutes.
