New Grower Help to identify: What might be the problem with this autoflowering plant?

sorry for the late reply! didn't get the notifications for some reason.

I check the soil by touching it and digging fingers in a little :-)

This plant has gotten huge and still extremely bushy.

I will update everybody soon to get your valuable opinions.

ohh and by what watering method you used I meant how do you check if it's dry?

Ok that's a good way to check, but I would advice to check the weight of the pot + soil instead.
Once you can barely feel any weight to the pot, meaning as light as a feather, not still heavy but less heavy then when you watered it (seen a few people go wrong there)

I used to do the same thing but at some point i could feel the roots snapping under my finger so that kinda freaked me out.

Id give cal+mag from botnicare and some bloom boosters asap! Big bud then over drive ..
Or any bloom boosters.. Get some cal+mag in the soil Hurry! You have any Epson salt?

I noticed that you you mentioned early on that you were using LED for lighting. As Elvis just mentioned, CaMg supplements are a necessity. One of the things that I read in numerous places before my current grow was that plants grown under LED require more CaMg. I have been feeding mine a constant stream of CaMg+ with the other nutrients. I also try to stay as organic as possible. I am using the General Organics Line from General Hydroponics. I purchased the "Go Box" which has both veg and bloom nutrients included. It was just a simple way to break into the game so to speak, as it had everything I would need in one kit. I am also using unsulphered molasses in addition to the recommended nutrients from the kit. The molasses I am using is high in both calcium and magnesium, as well as numerous trace elements. Do a search here for grow journals and read read read. That is the best way to pick up knowledge. Good luck, and remember, we are watching.

That's an excellent idea! Damaging the Roots scare me as well.

Would even a 2 feet plant feel light as a feather? Woops

Absolutely! I started them on the bloom nutes straight after the initial post and oh boy oh boy did she like it! Went crazy on height and flowering seems to be coming along rather well.

Here is a photo. Taken 2-3 days ago. And she's grown taller since.

She looks hungry have you decided on a nute plan yet?

You'll be able to tell the difference between plant, pot & soil by slightly shaking, so yes you'll be able to tell.

Looking very nice

hey guys - quick update and a question about something worrying me.

this is the top part of the plant:

q.jpg

despite being in a 1 gallon pot, she's grown about little less than 2 feet in height.
the image shows the top 5-6 inches.

it stretched like crazy during the past week (8-10 inches at least).

looking at this image, how much taller do you think she is likely to get?

I will try to bend / tie down but it is very hard at this point.
