Hi guys, I was given a 400W HPS today but theres a problem with the fixture wiring, I'm useless when it comes to this type of stuff so was wondering if anyone could help me out with where exactly these 3 wires should be???

green/yellow is ground, blue is neutral and brown is live. I'm just unsure of what should be where.

what do I do with the ground wire? electrics are not my thing lol.

edit: im unsure of the blue/brown aswell, I got the cable and fixture seperate cause the guys keepin his reflector.

Just hook up that ground wire to the metal part and you should be fine.

Thanks man, could I have the metal part on the wire maybe inbetween the screw and bolt I'll be using to hook it up to my reflector?

Just get a small nut and bolt and attach it to that slot at the end of the metal. If those slots are used to hold the light to the reflector then just slip the round terminal over the bolt and attach the nut. As long as that wire is touching metal you're good to go.
