Old Reviews bio nova supermix autoflower

today had a lot of work to do (bit too much honestly for a newbie) Crown and lateral buds where falling over everywhere cuz of the wieght of buds (structual veg too weak to uphold buds), panic big time, even to a point one main cola and a big lateral branch snapped without breaking (so i tied them up as if a plaster, is that good or should a cut off and dry ?) snif and oops. Then remarked tutors ard rubber bands are realy not enough so i did what i should of done about 3 weekds ago -> installed the sog net to uphold all budsites. I noticed a huge increase in size on all bud sites but very dense and dry, not enough resin production imo, however still sticky in there. Couple more plants are yellowing hard and still have a def or maybe just simply heat stress. I noticed they are thirsty even more now and went for 30 or so ltrs of water (which gives them qpprox 300ml per plant), knowing i was giving up til now 200ml per plant of feeding -> not enough for 11ltr pots or every 3 days is too long a wait for feeding (even though i picked up the pot to test feeding time). Today was last supper, i finished the last 60ml of the supermix bottle in this feeding (which is great i dont have to buy another bottle so that would be two comlplety used supermix 1 litre bottles following manufacturers feeding schedual for a 75 day periode for 13 plants, and got more than half 1lt bottle left over of pk13/14 and about 100ml of green sensation) and added some pk13/14 and greens sensation additiive without tampering the ph (7) got some runoff at 5 so that means i still have to buy a ph pen to be more accurate and formula aint working for me a4 !! Cuz chopping day will be in approx 10 days for the majority of them, so now on flush / rince mode (they will just receive about 4 waterings of straight water from now). Thinking of doing the paper bag harvest/drying method or maybe hanging per branch method, i dunno yet. Got some photos, still those shitty iphone pics cuz i couldnt find my reflex camera sorry.

19 august -> growth +64 -> Hygro = 55% ; Temp day = 26 degrees, night = 20 degrees -> feeding added 20ml supermix and 10ml of green sensation additive and 5ml of bio nova's PK 13/14 per 10 liters of water ph 6.9; trimming of dried leaves on plant and clense around the soil of fallen leaves. Shake Co2 bottles ok. Placed the nets and tied bigger buds falling over with some kind of cable...

i had some fun giving them nicknames, see if u can spot them or not !! there is the big pineapple or aka the banana peel, big mama, papa smurf, the fist, shaggy's donkey dick (cheese strain), lollypop, dwarfy, gooey, anal destroyer, snappy (thats the one the apex broke), mr lazy, foxxy (nice foxtailing happening on half of the plants btw) and finally "i fought calcium and i won, almost".

photos posted firstly without sog net then with; lights off then on before feeding, can notice on first two the sypmtom of leaves folding upwards towards each other and the dry yellowing, the calcium def looks a lot better (greener) and the magnesium def ok but noticed a waxy appeal when sliding fingers on leaves (nutes)

any advice or commentries appreciated.

:peace:

Micro update, not much to say apart that still rincing all plants. Chopping down tommorrow for a fair few at day 71 (to be confirmed as i borrowed mums magnify glass!!). Must say that gs additive was Like steroids for the buds, shame i gave them flowering nutes too early which surly had an impact for structural veg growth. I think the stunting on some were due to transplanting and other stress factors. And should of raised lights, placed sog net and with more watering in final stages earlier for better results and better care. Edit use of cal/mag and better pH control definately recommended, even if i didnt.

Attached is a group iphone photo taken day 68.

Ps i just found mums camera so no more iPhone pics to come ! But still upset cuz i cant find my panasonic lumix reflex camera thats somewhere in my moving boxes

Ahh, just getting caught back up with grows Servadac. So the chop is today! Ohh I can feel the hands trembling from all of the scissor work. Great work bro! You actually put together a great harvest after all of the problems early on.

Heyy!

Good to see this topics, and many things match with my grow. (BioNova autosupermix, PK13/14, epsomsalt + I use the BN-Zym I only left the root stimulator from this nutrie pack)
My grownshop send me a gift (50ml Green sensation) and I think to I try it in my 2 or 3 plants.

10ml of green sensation additive and 5ml of bio nova's PK 13/14 per 10 liters of water
When I read the instuction I see they forbid to mix with high P nutries. My seller sad me this to. Do you know something about the green sensation what we didnt, or it just a test?

Hey botlow thanks for stopping by,was. got the same advice about no extra p k with use of Green sensation, for first grow it looked Like heat stress and def surley what was mentioned in thread, cal/mag Defs. Gave em flower nutes early too, Advice from growshop to up nutes also.. So tested that, looked very leafy and dryish, so i thought slowing the supermix and upping the pk, novice boost mix (!? I dunno) for 2 weeks then rince. Anyway you will love the Green sensation stuff !

Shorter sched obliged to chopping day even if i could of gone another few days more on some cuz noticed new bud regrowth visible. Gotta get myself the need to use proper pH readings for futur grows. Trychs Were mostly cloudy on all.

@a4 got some sore fingers typing, Went through 8 of them, paperbag drying nugs, manicure done and sweet leaf put away. Got some bad karma with photos still, the camera took Worse photos than my phone ... then realised the load of work to do so ill take final photos with dry wieght.

The fresh finger hash got my mate and me nicley concentrated with scissors getting sticky. The photos i took Anyway were all of bent over to the ground long lollypop buds. Results look ok but prefer to Check out in a week after drying for final impression, scales, apeal, taste, high. Hooe for my mates and me we will have a decent smoke at least.
Peace

I do have 3 iPhone photos though, average yield of buds per plant and fresh finger hash after cutting 3 plants.

Yes you do have a nice chunk of finger hash! Congrats on the harvest!

Thanks A4, yeah on yield im not unhappy averaged approx 500gr wet per plant, with appeal im half as happy, as for taste and high, Like i said ill wait for smoke report. But i know i can do a lot better next grow, with you guys around, i hope! Got trouble under standing why one is Nice and frosty sticky and dense and another dry and leafy not so dense, no signs of pollen or hermas, looked Like it regvegged after stress and or defs then went back to flowering ? I dunno. Gonna go lumber now.

Peace

Hey Servadac, I am going to go through your thread today and get all the data entered in your feed placeholder. When you have some time, please look over everything and see if it looks correct. It is 7:19 GMT-5 according to the forum clock. I hope to have it updated by 11 or so.

It is completed.
