oooo, nice selection BR. I hate Scotch but when I do have a craving, the old stuff that has mellowed out is my favorite. I haven't seen that Fine Oak before, how is it? The 18 I like a lot, has a real nice flavor that isn't covered up so much by the smoky peat in most malt whisky.

Howdy a420er, I like my Scotch old enough to order it's own Scotch!
The Fine Oak is lovely!, sweet, fruity, spicy with a wisp of smoke.... Me Like!

I prefer a good bourbon like the (just now empty bottle) of Booker's. Basil Hayden's, Baker's, Blanton's............etc. I just recently entered the realm of scotch. I like the Macallan 18, and the Laphroig i tried seemed a little too peaty for my taste.

Yes, that is me as well. I love some Booker's straight out the bottle. Maybe a little ice water chaser to cool the tonsils down.

Yep North, I make my own shine as well. Will get some pictures up soon. Double distilled at 80% pure corn whiskey. No sugars, no adjuncts. Pure grain whiskey. Love it, but my ulcers hate it.
