Guten Nochte Rev'nd! :smoke: Der wildlife,... Almost always a pleasure! I was just telling Sniper that I was surprised to know Gars could be found up that far north,... ditto for cottonmouths! I had my fill of them in FL (went to grad. school there)... One day, going into the aquaculture facility, I had to stop and wait for about 10 min. while a monster female moc' eased her way across the warm road,... I couldn't help myself though, and got out to have a good look at her... she paid me little heed!... must have been well over 6ft, and as fat around as my freakin' calf! The back of her skull was about 4" across! LOL! Shitfuckpiss am I glad I didn't run into her while mucking around in one of the ponds!! ... don't you guy have coral snakes too? Lovely, pretty docile, but the most toxic hands down...(they're cobra relatives)... E. box turtle, with the cool red markings on the shell? neat-o! Hellbenders are quite a sight too, with those huge feathery gills like a lions mane almost! *** thanks mate, yes the 4th was mello but nice- little family BBQ, and hurt myself with the grub worse than Thanksgiving! LOL! My family is full of skilled foodies, so every meal together is a gut-busting feast!... hard to stop when it's soooo gooood...:drool:

The girls are exploding! The Photos are out growing the Autos at the moment... The S.A.D. being the one in the lead. The GSC and SAGE are really taking off! Everyone is a green as they should be now other than the SSH... She's a tad picky but she's getting there! No pistils yet but we only get early pistils showing in ideal conditions and mine are definitely less than ideal! The coco was supposed to be here but because of the 4th it's delayed until later today...

I'm sure it's do-able, just not sure about the results... perhaps though, this could be a good test for their 'fast' strains, under late season conditions,...I'll be sure to bring this up with the SwS boys... your experience with them has my head swimming with choices, though...*sigh* we'll see,...more in my PM later...

Wade is a stud, and totally nucking futs about what he tangles with! Absolutely nothing tops that demonic Goliath Tiger fish in the Congo though- Shitfuckpiss!! the whole design of that fish says UBER-predator... body designed for violent bursts of speed,... between the this, the meat shearing teeth, and the high kinetic snapping jaw design (fish bio-geek lingo), I bet it'll take about 5-8lbs of meat and guts clean off, per bite... Did you see how the fishes jaws everted obscenely disturbingly open? ... that, I'd rather a Great White take me, or a Salty croc wedge my broken body under a log to soften up, than have one of those demons hoark me down piece-meal while alive.. at least with the others it'd be over quick! *shudder*..... I think we have Coral snakes... not certain though... Sniper will correct me I'm sure! Yup those are the ones! Red eyed are males and dark eyed are females... Hellbenders are a site for sure! I agree with you all... Jeremy Wade is the shit no doubt. I would love to see him come here and tackle a giant catfish or sturgeon that's rumored to be all over the locks and dams here... The infamous stories of divers going down to do some maintenence and they come up saying they will never go down there again... saying they are as "big as cars". Wouldn't surprise me though!!... what about that massive Fresh Water Sting Ray in Cambodia or where was it... he fought for multiple hours... and even snapped a tendon in his bicep trying to pull up only to have the rod snap as he was bringing it up.. oh man.
