Your soil is to wet brother! Give it time to consume the water first before adding more.
Do you pH your water? nutrients? anything? or is it fully organic?

Ok I will fix the watering situation.

I don't ph because there hasn't been a need to with maxigro/bloom however I've since switched to organics. Nutrients are Down To Earth Vegan Mix 3-2-2. Directions say to mix 2-4 tablespoons per gallon of soil. I mixed 3 tbsp/gallon about half the plants are showing this yellowing from the middle.

New things this grow is I've started with organics and filtering all my water through a waterdrop gravity style filter. It's supposed to reduce the amount of chlorine in the water and make water drinkable. It doesn't taste like there is much chlorine left in the water after filtration.

I am seriously grateful for your help.

Ps. Forgot mention the soil is about 25% cow manure compost the rest is coco and perlite.

IMPO coco and organics don’t mix well that being said folks do ok with it though:shrug: :goodluck: :pop:

That much cow manure might be too hot for seedlings I'm not sure. My 1st few grows had starts like yours and after I changed my soil and started checking PH of water I've had great success!
:yeahthat:That's to much nutrients in the mix buddy. Sow your seedlings in lightmix/seedlingmix. Then transfer into final pot when the roots start to emerge.
But still, halve that amount of composted manure.

thanks for the reps @Bob's Auto's I know that’s why said people do fine with it is just not how I treat my coco one thing I think we have all learned have here if there is a will there is a way.. I seen awesome grows that all have been grown many different contradicting ways :headbang::vibe:

@StayinHigh:welcome:Welcome to AFN:welcome: Agree with others that your soil is too hot for seedlings, maybe even autos period?

You need to get more information about your water. If it is municipal water you should be able to get a water quality report online. What you want to look for is hardness and sanitation. If they are using Ammonia and chlorine then that makes chloramines and you should treat for that with ascorbic acid. 50mg per gallon will treat water with 3.8 PPM of chloramines. This is the common strength used to sanitize water.

It does not look too wet to me but you cannot tell by looking. What you need to learn about watering will come with practice. Here are the basic rules: Never let the soil dry out. Soil and or coco can become hydrophobic if allowed to dry. This means it repels water. This in turn will create dry pockets in the soil and the roots and microbes will die there. If your soil - coco have accidentally dried out use a surfactant to help re-wet it. I like yucca powder. Don't let soil remain soggy by watering too much too often. Root rot, damping off, molds, fungus gnats and other problems start in soggy soil. When you do water water the entire pot. How to learn when to water starts before you plant the seed. Fill your container with fresh soil/coco and weigh it (heft it) this is the lightest weight and consider it a dry pot. Now slowly water until the soil/coco will no longer absorb the water and run-off begins; weigh the pot (heft it) this is the maximum water, the wettest the pot can get. The difference between wettest and driest is the maximum water weight, for ease of explanation lets just say the water weighs 20 pounds. When the pot loses 10 pounds (half of the water weight) it is time to water again. Slowly wet ALL of the soil until run-off begins. There is an art to watering.

Not too much difference than the Stonington Blend medium I am using. It's pretty hot.
