Anyone know what is causing these marks on leaves? If you look really close you can also see a bunch of super tiny black dots.. nothing moves and plants are otherwise healthy.. jus have this marking on some of the leaves.

I'm no expert but the black dots looks like insect poop.

That did help.. that's what it is for sure. Fkn thrips.. damit.. I have neem oil already but all my plants are in flower already and have big ol white pistols everywhere and according to that article I can't get it on bud sites.
