Mephisto Genetics Mephisto New Strain Test: Sour Crinkle (Only1Sky)

Greetings folks. This thread will document a test grow of Mephisto's new version of the renown SOUR CRINKLE, courtesy of the good folks at Mephisto Genetics (thanks @stan_mephisto).

My kit for this grow is:
Gorilla Grow tent: 4x4x8
Lights: AutoCobs from CobShop; 1 each 3500K and 1 shared 2700k
6" intake fan, 6" exhaust fan, two interior circulation fans
Analog humidifier with Inkbird Controller
Four 3-Gallon AutoPots with Air Domes
Medium: Coco/Hydroton @ 60/40 mix
Nutrients: @Prescription Blend

Germination strategy for getting from seed to sprout:
1. 12 hours soaking in a shot glass
2. 24 hours (or until the seed develops a tap root) in a damp paper towel (in black plastic envelop on top of router)
3. Then into a jiffy starter plug (in a humidity tray on a heat mat under dual T5 bulbs) until the cotyledons appear
4. Then into the AutoPot.

I have been a fan of Sour Crinkle since mid-2017 when I purchased a small batch of the ILLUMINAUTO #21. I grew one using an elaborate Advanced Nutrients program and a 2nd one with BioTabs, both in AutoPots with a coco/perlite mix. Yields were modest, but very high quality. Taste and potency were outstanding, and the mix of Indica to Sativa made the smoke quite suitable for multiple occasions. The BioTabs outperformed the Advanced Nutrients by 54% in yield and 42% in height. Here's the final outcome:

Biotabs: 1.7 oz (49.0 gr), 17" (43.2 cm), 98 days
Adv.Nut: 1.1 oz (31.8 gr), 12" (30.5 cm), 99 days

I'm looking forward to seeing the outcome with a new genetic twist, with the fantastic Prescription Blend nutrients, and with 3 more years of growing experience.

Here is day 1 for each of two seeds. There's 9 days of age difference because one of my initial seeds did not germinate, so I had to drop my 3rd seed to get a pair to run.

Day 35 for Sour Crinkle #1. She entered early-flower development about 4 days ago. Today she got a reprieve from the normal feed, and instead got a strong dose of ReCharge with SLF-100. In a few days she get the AutoPot reservoir activated and begin bottom feeding the Prescription Blend flower mix.

Her younger sister, Crinkle #2, is now at day 26. She got topped 2 days ago, and is coming along nicely, except she seems a bit hungry for more nitrogen. I've started adding a bit of Fish Emulsion to her normal feed.

Its been 10 days since the past update, and growth is progressing nicely. Here is the first of the two Sour Crinkles on day 45.

And here is plant #2, the younger sister, at day 36. She started flower development 3 days ago.

Day 54 for first Sour Crinkle plant. Doing fairly well. And day 45 for the second plant, growing in very similar size and shape. Both enjoying bottom feeding from the reservoir of Prescription Blend's bloom mix.
