As long as you have new white growth, then your plant should be starting to drink - you may not really notice a water level change though, as it will be minimal at this stage.

Make sure it's root rot and not discoloration from res fluid.
Clorox works well to prevent and treat root rot. I use 1 drop per gallon per day. Chlorine is a nutrient, and the plants like it, but it dissipates and so must be added frequently.
Existing root rot, or suspicious pH changes, can be treated with 2-4 times as much.
Maybe the clorox can kill some things the H2O2 can't.

If you are growing "sterile" clorox and H²o² should kill the pythium the problem at least in my mind is it kills everything including beneficial microbes. I have had great success with Botinacare HydroGuard in controlling and preventing root rot.

Hi guys thanx for the info yes Def sure it's root rot as roots are brown and slimy and break off when I handle the and major pH drops due to the rot as low as 4 in a day from 6 as for the hydro guard can't get it where I live was looking into pool shock maybe any one got some experience with that was using h202 it does not kill it just stops it by the Lok of things all the great stuff like hydro guard or vood juice is not sold here and can't be imported for some strange reason so have to make due with what I can get
