They sell quick connects for water lines to fridge. They are plastic pvc to vinyl.

It does seem to be built around that type of valve...like he says that is going to be the spendy part...any ideas on working around that?

EBay seller has them for under $3 a pc with free shipping. I need 16 for my food tent and 4 for my grow tent lol.

seems what you need, having a valve for each line means you can tend to individual plant requirements, in theory anyway

I need to find bulk 3/8 vinyl tubing in any color. I'm going to cut several feet of tubing, put a 3/8 split barb tee on the end with 15"~ connected then drill 12 small holes.

Well there's that but especially in my vegetable tent there won't be a guarantee I'll be using all 16 lines all the time so only having to close a valve is ridiculously simple. With the return line using an inline ball valve I can control the pressure and not need an expensive sump pump. Found a 1000gph pump for $19 with enough lift for 9ft which I'm going to put in a 55g trash can for my rez.

good deal on that pump, 9ft lift! you'll have more pump than you need. Probably uses very little electricity
