I was a little shocked yesterday afternoon when I gave SD1 some food. She had full strength Iguana Juice with a little Kelp. The Iguana Juice pushed my pH down 2.3 whole points! Whoah. So I added some baking soda to raise it. Haven't had to yet this grow, but I did with the last one. I only needed a little bit then, and it surprised me that I ended up adding about a
whole teaspoon of the gunk to get it to a loooooow 6.2 in only 1.5 liters!
Damn. I like to have it at about 6.6 - 6.65 during flower, but I didn't want to put anymore of that shit in there.
So now I'm nervous about the damn baking soda messing up my microherd.
I just happen to have some soil that I just got out of my CC pot, so I decided to top off the SD pots and give the soil a tasty booster. They've sacked down about an inch each, give or take a millimeter...
So I got my stuff together and mashed up some...
...Alfalfa, Powdered Eggshells, Seabird Guano, Earthworm Castings, and Horn Blood and Bone Meal (Clockwise from the top left)
Mix it all up with the CC Dirt...
And as you can see, there are still lots of little CC root capillaries in there, so my sweet little Berry Bush will feed the Dragons!
