Mephisto Genetics First Auto Grow - Mephisto Double Grape in soil with GBD SS mix

That is first I have heard about MP and chemicals. Nothing I have read anywhere mentions that

Day 80 - The Double Grape lady was watered twice since the last update, both times getting the same water regimen. They were fed 70 ounces of Walmart Purified Waters with minerals, 3ml CalMag, and 2.5ml of MammothP ph'ed to 5.9. In addition, on day 77 (the first of the waterings), I added .5 teaspoon of Roots Organics Uprising Foundation and 2 teaspoons of Roots Organics Uprising Bloom scratched into the top couple inches of soil. I believe this will be the last feeding as I am hoping this will finish before day 100. I also have started a semi-aggressive defoliation, no more leaf tucking, if a leaf is blocking a budsite at this point it comes off. This defoliation has really opened the plant to light getting down into the center of the bush to help with some under developed buds. She is really getting sticky, and the buds are starting to get dense and fatten up. I am hoping for 3 ounces from this girl, but will be happy with any amount between 2-3 ounces. The RH% is always around 35-40% and the temp at the top of the cabinet (right above the autocobs) is a constant 80dgf. I never went from seed to harvest entirely organic and I am looking forward to the first taste of this girl. When I look at the writeup at the Mephisto site on Double Grape, they say 65-70 days from sprout and I am at 80 days today. The scope shows some milky and some clear with no amber. The strainguide also say a single plant will yield between 90-120 grams, and I am hoping to be at least on the low side of that! Now onto the pictures...

Day 85 - This lady's days are numbered. Finally. The scope tells no lies, and the scope is saying that the main cola is showing about 10-20% amber heads, while less dominant tops are either showing no amber of a few amber heads. She is receiving the same watering regimen that she has gotten for the past few weeks. She was watered 3 times since the last reporting ( every other day ) at days 81, 83, and 85. She was fed 60-60-40 (respectively) ounces of Walmart Purified Waters with minerals, 3ml CalMag, and 2.5ml of MammothP ph'ed to 5.9. I am aggressively defoliating leaves that are keeping light and airflow from entering the bush below the canopy. I am still shooting for 3 ounces, and may wind up harvesting in different sessions/days in order to allow lesser colas to finish and fatten up. I think for the current plant light height of 18" above dominant cola and 22" above remainder canopy was the right distance for my cabinet. I think having it higher at the beginning of the grow and onset of flowering probably slowed her down. She will take a full 89-91 days from sprout to harvest. She hasn't been a stinker, but I have had the extractor running at 25% power for the past month at 24/7. Her fragrance is somewhat grape-ish, less pronounced and more in the background. Past ripe fruit, "mature" and not yet rotten.

Day 89 Monday 5/14/2018 - Chop day. It has been a good and relatively uneventful ride, but Monday morning the scope showed the satellite colas had about 10-20% ambering of the trichs, and the main cola was already there a few days before. In fact, my plan had been to only take the main cola on Monday, but I had to change my plans. I did some dry trimming of her, but not as meticulous as I usually do since there was so much inner fluffy buds. The sugar leaves were covered in sticky, crystally goodness. The main cola's and buds that had direct light were more solid then the inner buds which to me were a bit on the airy side. So, not having the time to work through the task of trimming the way I would have liked, I only wet trimmed and then bagged the main colas/budsites that were at the top of the canopy. Mostly everything else was either placed in the bag with sugar leaves or put into a "quick dry" bowl for immediate (sometime this week) evaluation. I had said multiple times I had hoped to reach the 3 zip mark, and by my math it looks like it will be real close. The total for the wet trimmed buds before they were bagged was 322grams. There was another 50-70 grams of fluff that was not trimmed and put away to dry. So I think the final number will be between 85-90grams. If it smokes as great as it smells, that will be a lot of quality meds going forward. Now, some pictures...

Beautiful! Looks like a real winner, congratulations!

Great job @Seymourbud . I didn't look, but is that dg the original illuminautos release or is it the ones they reproduced this past year or so?
No matter, treat grow. Looking to see the yield. I need heavy yielder so I can keep in meds for myself and the one whose having seizures

Thanks @MissUniverse . I purchased the DG seeds in November 2017, so I don't think it was the original but rather the reproduced version. I am hoping she turns out to be some great meds, fingers crossed.

Thanks @Scribble420 , she proved to be an easy grow that yielded well. Whats not to like?

Lovely grown man! I can ensure you it's good meds. Finished same batch of DG lately, and works really well for headaches, back pain etc. You're in for a treat [emoji4] congrats on a great harvest

Thanks @nicojellic , I am just trying to keep from getting in those bags while she is drying. I need her for pain management as well as for insomnia, so I am hoping she performs double duty. Currently have some Seeds of Compassion Point Break which is a CBD photo variety, but it is just OK, nothing special.

Yeah I'm using it to calm my mind in the evenings and get a good body relaxed. Still on the looks for a real goodnight kind of smoke, so please tag me in if you come across any.
