I heard that's what the "pro's" use. Best material to use for best quality. But temp needs to be low like 150°f or so. Haven't done it yet but reading up on it lol. That looks yummy man!!!
So you guys seem to know the score.... is it worth my while making bubble hash and then pressing this with some temp control straighteners and a set of vice grips or am I wasting my time? I want to make dabs with the non dabbable bubble hash (say that 5x fast after a few dabs [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23])

Nailed it! No pun of course lol.Rosin is strain dependent and pheno dependent. Also, bud dryness makes a difference in quantity and quality. Too dry, it VAPORIZES. Too wet...runny/watery. Some strains are not worth pressing, as @Seabass pointed out. A High Terpene strain will yield less and it will be runny. If you find a strain doesn't press well... accept it and move on. Or waste a SHIT ton of material.
Literally just pressed some CDLC. @Seabass is 100% correct. That strain is absolute fire, but it doesn't squish good at all. I will go back to my high terpene level comment. CDLC stanks, my hands reek, clearly very high in Terpenes. The Rosin is too thin, and the yield is low for it's obvious high THC content as well. Some strains are better as flower. Vaporizing CDLC is far more efficient and the taste is superior. Now for me a Double Grape is low in Terpenes, but high in THC. It yields very well when pressed. For Rosin pressings there are many factors, but some strains just won't yield well...but are amazing strains. I could waste a LOT of CDLC trying to get it to yield well. Fact is, it won't. But it's dank as hell.
WTF? That makes zero sense.Pics or it didn't happen!
