Actually not really man....anyone can grow a monster....Ive grown many untrained plants over a kilo using only horse manure and lime.

My point is breeders are generally not growing to maximize what their plants can really do, their growing style would be more geared toward selection.

Yes I get you but that's what I will be wanting to do ,,, a selection of plants that will be happy in my tent ,my conditions ,,, etc ,,

Totally correct, I could replace my 80 little plants with 20 giants, maybe even get bigger overall yields, but it's more important to me to see as many different strains at as many different stages of growth as possible, to verify the plants are stable.

  1. @Jraven -- talk to our good brudda Dina'-Mark, he'll have valid input for this strain,... as an Amnesia, she'll likely not be fast,..... mold resistance is of concern too!
Just sent him a message. I can see from the blurb it's not a quickie, that's ok just makes a difference what I do with it. Hope he can say something good about the mold, though:bow:

...And for the record: Mephisto uses Biotabs on the Farm :greenthumb:,... bottom line the plants absorb nute' ions in only specific limited forms, regardless of their origins as synthetic of organic... NO3-, K+, or whatever, is NO3- and K+,...

Breed carefully... get it just where you want it and think.. wow this Sativa hybrid is nice I’ll add that to the
Mix... then blao... you’ve helped solidify something from that Columbian that was recessive.. switch up the plant latitudes like a sack of potatoes

Totally agree on grow variance; when I ran photoperiod SoG's I always did clones. Even then, all clones from same mother, variations in rooting affected the plants' growth. I never tried SoG with auto's; my experience has been that they don't like crowding whatsoever. So with double whammy of crowding and growth differences, is it manageable? SCROG I would see being totally feasible, though.

I reckon a micro SOG is possible ,,,I started a test square we shall see

Yeah, man, from what I can tell, the only advantage of organic vs synthetic nutes is that organic contains live bacteria/fungus that helps break down the organic nutrients, but there's stuff like Photosynthesis Plus that can be added to synthetic nutes that do the same thing, with a more beneficial blend of bacteria/fungus.

Just got very nice presents given to me, i am a lucky man.
I got 6 packets Seed Stockers 6 seeds in each packet, I go 36 lovely seeds.
BCN Critical XXL Autoflower
BLACKBERRY GUM AUTOFLOWER
AMNESIA AUTOFLOWER
WHITE WIDOW AUTOFLOWER
BCN POWER PLANT AUTOFLOWER

I grow 12/12 at my mates and only do few Autos so I chose what to grow or I might grow loads small plants in 6 litre pots.

... Hmm, well as she's Sativa dom', mold resistance might be pretty good,.... Amnesia is Haze relative I believe, and (true original) Haze was made in the Santa Cruz Mountains which are cool during Fall, with rain as a pretty variable factor,... But that's a long time ago, and lottsa breeding changes since as well,...
