I think running them under less light would end up resulting in stretchier plants with less flower production. Density would also be reduced...this is just going from what i have grown in reduced light outdoors.

I actually think the bigger question is why do we finish photoperiods under 12 hours when many of them trigger into flower at around 14 hours(some higher)....
Secondary question do you think autos are so touchy from nutes because they get less rest?

This was me last seedstockers 2lt pot they will be big girls in larger pots for sure IMAG0989.jpg

I am planning on doing some serious experiments with this next winter if all goes good with my license.
You and I both. I have 3 small tents and 3 platinum 150’s I plan on growing the same 3 plants in them under different lighting conditions... should be interesting

I don't think that all autos are that touchy when it comes to nutes, the Heavyweight strains I grew couldn't stop eating, and FastBuds stuff seems to like a good feeding for sure. My plants do great on full strength nutrients at every feeding :growing:

Now that is an interesting question man!! I think the sensitivity to nutes often falls back to the ruderalis side. From my understanding "ditch weed" ruderalis plants are often very, very sensitive to nutrients.

Makes sense.. side note I have 6 autos and 2 out of the 6 didn’t get N claw from the megacrop when I went high with the dose.. the magic bubba trouble and the Mephisto MBAP
