Just got a call from my bank... apparently my debit card has been compromised... They caught it, and I won't lose any money... The nice lady rattled off a list of purchases made in-store, not online. None of which were in the same state, and one in Switzerland. They asked me if I made those charges. "Did you really just ask me that?"

I guess they have to ask, but sheesh. If I could have pulled that off, I'd be re-writing some fundamental laws of physics.

The most recent online purchase (non amazon... I think the data is pretty safe with them) was an outfit called essentialhardware.com. Picked up a few filters that my hardware store didn't have in stock. Cant say it was them, and it might not be, but thats the only thing that stands out. I remember thinking it felt a little dodgy, the site. Nothing to set off alarms, though.

I mean, I come from a country with a hunger crisis and an obesity crisis at the same time, where we can buy handguns out of vending machines, and our top dog used to host a prime time celebrity game show, so, maybe I don't have room to talk...

We do have Superdave Osbourne, though, and by God, nobody can take Superdave from us!
