Is there light getting into your rez? I assume from the picture you posted that you're doing some sort of DWC.
I'm using coco as a medium, and about a month ago, I noticed the tips and serrations on one of my plants were fading, and a couple leaves dried up without fading... It came down to "I'm a dummy, and forgot to make sure there was no light getting to my wet medium".
Green algae all over the very bottom of my roots.
I solved it by wrapping my CLEAR pot ((ie big ass cheeseball tub))in foil, letting the coco dry out until my leaves started wilting, and then flushing with water and hydroguard, ph'd to 6 Every other day. Took three waterings to see results. She's doing fine now.
I don't know if doing something similar will help you or not.
I don't think there is any light getting in. I'm using these tubs, which I've seen others use successfully:

Then, I took the extra step of adding a sheet of white mylar over the top of the yellow lids, because I did notice that they weren't completely opaque, letting some light through.
