Is there light getting into your rez? I assume from the picture you posted that you're doing some sort of DWC.
I'm using coco as a medium, and about a month ago, I noticed the tips and serrations on one of my plants were fading, and a couple leaves dried up without fading... It came down to "I'm a dummy, and forgot to make sure there was no light getting to my wet medium".
Green algae all over the very bottom of my roots.
I solved it by wrapping my CLEAR pot ((ie big ass cheeseball tub))in foil, letting the coco dry out until my leaves started wilting, and then flushing with water and hydroguard, ph'd to 6 Every other day. Took three waterings to see results. She's doing fine now.
I don't know if doing something similar will help you or not.

Then, I took the extra step of adding a sheet of white mylar over the top of the yellow lids, because I did notice that they weren't completely opaque, letting some light through.

Just saw what you said your ppm is...
I'd honestly drain your res, start over with water ph'd to your acceptable range, and add in whatever ml/gal of hydroguard/great white/ whatever you'd use for your rez, and keep it like that for a day or two, but that's just me. Seems like that's A LOT for that small of a plant.

And no alcohol unless u want some “shitty” dabs...

I am growing mephisto autos from seeds - my COBs are underpowered, 2 Citizen 1812 @35w per over each plant. I just brought them up to 32 inches

ppm is about 1000-1100 total, My tap comes out around 150 and was only adding 3g of maxibloom, 2.5mL mbferts hormone(concentrated)/vitbooster, 2mL hydroguard, and 1.75mL Skunk Labs silicate per gallon of water in dwc bins that hold about 6 gallons to just under the net pot. Last night, I upped the dosage to 6g maxi, and left all other additive dosages the same.

you have poisoned your plant with too much ferts. Either chuck it away,,put it in soil or give it a good flush with just water. Go from adding 200 ppm gently up to 400 over about a week.

It happens to,me frequently and that is what i do
