Starting over here from scratch and gonna have to do a cheap grow to get me going. Cfls bulbs still seem to be the cheapest lights but stuff has changed so checking if anything is cheaper

As for the lights lumens and par are watt matters but they still trick the old hid users with the old watts deal

Yep. Thankfully that all came up in the research I did months before I even bought seeds. I went through all the LEDs and COBs I could find on Amazon, and found the ones that Verified Buyers tested. The X6 cob I bought, and the Blurple both had the best of those dismal numbers.
