This is my garden , planted Dec ,20, 2016 and I am becoming discouraged and am considering scraping the whole damed thing .

Not yet, I just moved to dry area seemed like it was drying out sooner so that's why I started always watering with a gallon and never had any problem since I started intell now but next one I'll back off with the water and stop as soon I see water dripping out. I want to change to hydro but with my breaker box switching off at random times for no apparent reason, im to scared drown the roots...

It's not even a month yet. How about a compromise, and just start a few to replace the runts. Keep the three bigger ones
