Wasn't someone talking about water filtering? Option to RO filtered....carbon filtered. Probably a reason somewhere that I'm missing why they're not more widly used, but I've had good results with mine.
Berkey filters are the main one I always find for the carbon stuff. Their complete units with the chrome tanks are pricy. But you can buy just the filter replacement cartridges and make your own using buckets relativly cheap (compared to a good RO unit and the water it wastes in the filtering process).
