karma-1, AKA Speedy Diesel, is out to test and reports that are coming back are just as I figured. It's a heavy hitter! Some real experienced folk have been extremely delighted with this one. The smell of grapefruit is so intense, the taste is really top notch, and the pain effects are really pretty outstanding. I'll do another run of it in 8-9 weeks or so when I do an auto run again. I'm currently running some black dragons and Mi5's in the rails (just started the beans today) and will report on those when they're done.
My plan is to run photos for 2 runs and autos on the 3rd, harvesting in 3 week intervals as best I can. Most of my strains run 50-65 days in flower, and I start them every 3 weeks, in the cloner for 3 weeks and veg for 3 weeks and into the flower room they go. I'm now running with Clonex and Rapid Start in the cloner to try and get a big root system going fast. I'm going to see if mycos will help out the process at some point in the future, as it'd be cheaper than running a root stim like Rapid Start or Roots Excelerator. We'll see... currently up for harvest in a few weeks is Resin Bomb and MOB.
MOB gets absolutely stellar reports from patients. People saying it's one of the top med strains for them. But when it gets tested, it's consistently putting out around 10% THC, .4-.6% CBD... it's an ass kicker for sure, though. I will say the smell on this strain is the strongest of any I've grown and any most other caregivers have grown. Smells exactly like an opened bag of Skittles. I mean, to a T that's how it smells. So I don't know how much that plays into it, but everyone loves it. And, I'll be automating that strain starting in a few weeks.
So, NC, great job on Speedy Diesel! Everyone approves, and no one has yet said it's not a good one for 'em. Folks in pain, folks needing appetite stimulation, etc.
