Nice and fat, although in my experience the size of the seed makes no differenc to the size of the plant. They will visibly swell more after 24 hrs of H2O and i will check with my loupe to be sure that they do.

and i didnt ask my wife after all,shes shit at making important decisions and if it involves finding her glasses and actually reading something well................we're all fucked. So i took the decision on my own based on which one has the fewest letters and will be easiest to type........all the letters are close to each other on my PC keyboard and this will save time.

ignore what height im using......part of this exercise is to achieve a doubledecker grow within a conventional grow tent thus massively increasing gram per cubic foot of grow space.

How are you going to deal with light penetration for the lower grow? Or will you just run something separately? Might a 600w HPS be too high powered if you only have 18 inches (or however many) of grow space per level once you take into account the height of your bucket or pot? Love the idea though! I like the look of those Dark Lodge tents but I'm not happy with how they split the space. And they're beyond my budget LOL.

what im doing now is just groundwork...i will push and perfect this and see what problems arise with different strains. Then i will try and make a double decker, 2 lamp unit in my grow space. It was always a goal when i grew photo period plants so i could veg and grow conveniently.

I may not manage it but it is definitely worth some more thinking time.

"Roots, what about the fucking roots man " i hear you ask ..................the whole plant is 23 inches from the top sprout to the bottom root.





Lovely and stringy at the top and crunchy like bean sprouts at the bottom. They dont taste like beansprouts btw they taste a bit like Megacrop,

I am sowing 2 YETI s today. They have been in plain tap water for 24 hours............no ph adjust..I have never bought a net pot. It took me about 3 minutes to modify these for DWC

I have marked a red line. I will place expanded clay pellets to the line and top up with potting compost. Always wash clay pebbles, they are full of dust.

NO NUTES

When i fill the pot i stand it in plain tap water and let the whole thing soak till the surface is wet. Remove and let it drain. Sow the seed shallow, pop on a plastic bag and leave alone......dont do anything other than leave it somewhere warm......no nutes, no stims.....nothing.

When i turn my lamp off it is usually on a Sunday. I took the chance to take a couple of pics. I also accurately measured the distance from 600w HPS to the closest tip ...........15 inches.

I made my reflector out of an old cooker hood.......stretched it out with bamboo sticks.....its like a mirror on the inside and cost nothing. I screwed a stout hook in and hang it off a chain which i can adjust easily.

My pumps hang on the wall,they are completely silent this way and i find flexi air pipe is quieter than rigid. I taped the control dials on full volume.

I use small airstones, one per bucket. They dont sink, they hang in the water.........that way, they dont rattle at all on the bottom of the bucket. Even these small ones are fine for 5 gallons of water. They are cheap. Soak them in water for awhile before you use them,you get more bubbles that way it seems to me.

Sweet Skunk day 40 i upped to about 800 ppm last night and the bugger ate 200 of it and grew 1.5 inches in 16 hours................aaaaaaaaaaaargh i dont want big big,

Buds are developing nicely.....i can count about 30 but i think there are more.
