I'll assume you do not want votes from indoor folks that are water-only, seed-to-harvest in organic soil, with 0 runoff and no way to measure PPM/EC...mute point
Until there is actual science-based proof or overwhelming anecdotal evidence (not there yet if have to ask this question) I presume there is nothing to gain from denying nutrients to the plants as they approach their end-of-life. Starvation or at least deficiencies in various nutes at the end of flowering/bloom, when we want the plants to function as efficiently as possible making final bud mass/trichomes/cannabinoids, does not seem rational. And as far as flushing resulting in near-term/rapid lowering of salts content in buds/leaves/biomass, I am not aware of any mechanisms for how the plant ever would do this.
