Good afternoon fellas,
How many small plants can I grow under the MarsHydro TS600?

I understand that the TS600 is meant for 1-2 plants however if I’m using smaller pots will I be able to grow more than 1 or 2?

I have multiple 3.8L & 2L fabric pots & I have solo cups also, so I’m wondering which method would be best for maximum yield?
My current space isn’t massive, it is 60x60x145.

Thank you as always guys!:bighug:

If they fit in the light “footprint” you should be good. For yield I would do solos as you can fit more plants in the footprint. Problem with solos is keeping them hydrated. If you can keep them all watered you should be good. Or a multi-plant large pot…

Thanks bro, what would you suggest the best footprints are for autos?

It’s not a light footprint for “autos” lol. Sorry, not picking! It’s the footprint of the light itself. That model is rated for 2’ x 2’ veg and 1.5’x1.5’ flower but I know personally it’ll flower a 2x2 area. So I’d say 12-16 solos grown as single stem sea of green or 3-4 in 2-3 gal pots. So the footprint is 2’x2’ area.

I would run 4 plants in a 2x2 with a 100w light. I have only done single plants in my 2x2 so far but keep feeling like 4 would maximize the space with a little training. As previously mentioned ones growing style is the deciding factor on footprint and plant number. Go for it do 16 plants in there in 1g pots it’s the obvious choice. Here is a single plant in a 2x2 with a 60g box of soil that goes to unlimited ground beneath. You can see with this varietal I could easily have fit 4 plants with a slight change in training technique

Well after growing 6 plants in a 1 gallon pot with my light only being 36w, i'd say its up to how you.

I currently have 3 grows going with small lights 36w and (2)100w and They are very nice grows but i grow orgypot style instead of feeling the need to plant 4+ pots just plant 6+ seeds in 1 pot and watch the magic happen.

36w light orgypot setup. this was around day 20 on these autos

and my 100w light orgypot grow in a 2.3x2.3 tent, around day 55-60 here

And here is my single plant pot which is not as much fun for me lol under a 100w light in a 1.3x1.3 tent, forget the age she is a clone that i flipped into flower a few weeks ago

Thanks @Jpkindbud I think I’ll use my 1 gallon fabrics an that should do at least 5 plants, right?

Also if I LST them, that would surely reduce the amount of plants I can stuff in? Right?
I think that would do, unless you plan a perpetual grow, adding and harvesting every 3-4 wks
