Clones in Root Riot Cubes

With this plant, I took some clones from it and let them sit in some Rootwise Mycrobe solution for a few days I'm never sure how much to use but I just try and add a little bit and stir it in well with some water before adding the cuts. I'll strip off the lower leaves and branches and use some sterile scissors on the bottom ends to pretty much remove the top few layers to help with stimulating for root growth.

I've let these sit in the propagation tray and tried the humid dome for a while but found they needed more air and not so much humidity as I thought they might. The tray has a nice raised bed for the Root Riot Cubes to sit in and I just make sure they are watered and it has some in the bottom to uptick as needed. Sometimes I'd give them a light spray on the cubes to help keep the moisture up.

This experiment went pretty well I think, overall I lost about 3-4 but I took around 7-8 total so it was about a 50% success rate. So, now I have 4 in solo cups and I was pretty impressed with a few of these as their roots were extended well into the lower tray. :weed: For the light, I have a 100w LED

sitting about 3-4 feet away from this tray and I have this raised off the ground about 4' feet or so. They didn't need much light and I'll just keep the solo cups here for now and I think it should be fine for a few more weeks until I can get them moved directly under the 100w.
