this lady is being grown in my own mix of supersoil and is being fed LABS and Photosynthesis Plus. In a few days I will also give her some fish hydroslate, but just a little, I usually just let them grow but I think the slight increase in bioavailability of nitrogen may help her really take off. We will see!
Day 13, chugging along. I fed her some fish hydroslate, photo plus and labs yesterday. Her node spacing is pretty tight as of now, hoping to see her really push and grow some nice branches soon. Debating on bending her with some heavy lst, my think different auto really took to it. Some decisions to be made soon!
The vine are some hops I got from Virginia/Nevada city in Montana...purportedly they are from 1800!!!
Day 21, been bending her over, gonna attempt to break her apical dominance and have a big ole bushy shrub. If you’re following along, thanks!!
All organic grow, I’ll be brewing a tea for her soon!
Day 37, this lady is about to hit flower, she’s in transition. Hoping she stretches a lot! That hard LST seems to be paying dividends. This girl is getting LOTS of love, she has her second tea brewing, this one is using local compost, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, azomite, humic acids, LABS, photosynthesis plus, boom boom (from biotabs), and flower girl from doctor earth - highly recommend that stuff, it’s wonderful!
Lots of lovely microorganisms going in this, and as always ZERO ph with these grows!!
the grow space sucks but I’m working with what I have! Hoping this PPP comes out stellar as they have been having issues with quality lately. We will see! If you have followed up to here, thank you. Comments always welcome, good, bad, and in between.
Sorry for the delay of an update. Been busy with brewing beers and summer trips, Montana is such a fun state!
Anyway, here is the update. She’s starting to stretch and I really hope I get some weight off her, the dispensaries are awesome here but nothing beats GYO!
Just a few pictures, fed this girl another tea today: local compost, worm castings, dr earth flower girl, azomite, humic acid, photosynthesis plus, and LABS. She is really getting some love and I hope she shows it. She’s freshly starting to stretch and should start really showing her buds soon! She really got large!
I don’t even really know if anyone looks at this. This is my first documented grow from start to finish. I started several grow diaries and never got around to finishing them, so, if you’re reading, drop a comment! Thanks!
Sorry for the lack of an update, my partners father had a stroke and we had to go up and take care of him. Thank goodness he made it okay and she still has her dad!!
so I have a light that I have used in a tent before for veg, never flower and only ran it in a tent. This light is giving me issues galore. It is too close I think, currently have it about 2-3 feet above the canopy. We will see how it works out, she could just be light sensitive. She was having calmag issues, I’m sure due to the light. Backed it off, pruned her back and she’s starting to stack nice. The teas are coming along just fine and the dr earth flower girl...can’t say enough. I love it.
Hope you’re enjoying, thanks for sticking around, yes, you!
Another week down, another update!
Was having issues with light stress and backed the light off, she seems to be coming though okay. I upped the calmag to compensate for the light intensity and backed off the pk boost until she starts looking better. Still giving her teas and showing her lots of love! Just popped a Mephisto Fugue State As well, waiting on these new Ethos autos to get here as well! This girl is going on 64 days and still has at least 30-40 more - this one wanted to be a photoperiod but couldn’t let go of those auto roots. I’m hoping this means she will have great buds!!!
Unbelievable that I am on week 10 and no signs of being done in the next few. Estimate is another 25-30 days. DAMN. This is my love hate with autos - this is silly. I may be done with PPP autoflower genetics. This is crazy, if the buds reflect great quality, I may feel better but not holding my breath.
Sorry for the delay of updates. Been super busy here! Loads of pictures coming. Getting ready to chop this girl down in about a week. She’s at 92 days now, why not just take her to 100?
Well. I chopped her at day 97. I couldn’t wait any longer. She took FOREVER to even get this far. Lots of issues. Smells lightly of grass while drying so she could have gone even longer, but it is an auto. Should be somewhat fast. Ugh. Never again will I grow PPP I think. Most of the plants I’ve grown from them end up dumpy. Will update with weight soon!
