I decided to start spreading her out. Trigger alert: You are about to see a graphic depiction of torture. If this offends you, click somewhere else, fast!

That just looks like LST, right? Wrong. The main stem split when I was preparing to bend it. That's happened to me before and they usually just live through it. So I'm not even repairing the break. I'm leaving it up to her to repair it herself. And I think she will:

It's split on both sides, all the way through the bend. It happened when I squeezed the stem to prepare it. I guess I squeezed a bit too hard.

Anyway, I'll post a followup picture even if it works out badly. But I think it's going to be ok.

What day is this on? Looks like a mild super crop to me. Should repair just fine. I accidentally topped my main stem on one of my plants around day 30 and it recovered with some tape and a splint.

My experience of split stems from super cropping is that it does not affect the plant or the buds on that stem in any way. Hope it's ok to post a file of one of my split stems that you could drive a small car through.
