Lighting issues?

Continuation of trials and tribulations...

wondering if this isn’t an issue with my LEDs losing some power? Only been running them about 8 months but for the last 5 it’s definitely been a downhill slide. Contacted local grow shop and they can’t take them back on return because they technically aren’t broken but are contacting the manufacturer for me.

What makes you think it's your lights m8?? On a very quick glance that's that's last thing I'd be looking at with no offence intended.. im no tech guru or master grower but can't think of why it would be anything to do with your lights.

There are 100% nutrient uptake/lockout issues going on id say is your main problem partner.. what nutes are u using.. what soil.. and are u pH'ing feeds??

Fox farmHappy frog soil, fox farm trio for feeding, non softened well water. I haven’t changed any of that and was getting much healthier plants a few months ago. I have not pH tested tho.

download photone its a light meter for your phone and check it
Downloaded the meter and checked at the tops of my plants and am measuring between 1100 and 1200 all around. From what I can find on Google that is high? Sorry for my ignorance, I don’t know anything about the technical side of things‍♀️

I would start with a pH meter bro. Even a cheap one will do to get you going.. im in the UK so no experience with FF at all I'm afraid. What light/lights have u got in there?? What's the size of the space and total wattage your lights are drawing at the wall?? Your plants are definitely suffering nutrient uptake issues for me.. the sad look and discoloured leaves suggest that.. what's your temps and humidity like?? Feed PH out of wack completely is my uneducated guess.. thats def where I'd start.

Thank you for your responses! I’m totally lost here, as is evident in my plants, lol. Lights are growers choice 720s, hooked up to 220, not sure what they’re drawing at the wall but will look into it. Temp is right around 79/80f, humidity is 60%. Headed to grow store to pick up a pH meter and some different nutrients.

Hello are you letting them dry out between waterings coz they look to me they have been over watered to me and a PH pen is a must
I am letting them dry out, probably not completely tho, top 1-2 inches is dry when I water

Did some more digging into my problems, come to find out I have several. PH of the water was at 7.4, adding a solution for future watering. Nutes we’re not nutes at all but a Bud gardener basically, remedied this with a new 2 part system, tested lighting, I was at a whopping 95 DLI over the whole canopy. Remedied this as well. Fingers crossed

As soon as u sort the pH of what going in they'll stsrt look a lot happier. Good luck.

From that pic I can tell you your plant was over watered. I've been growing with LED lighting for 7 years, starting with cheapass burples and working my way up to HLG's Qauntum Boards and now Diablo boards. And the only issue ever that I could say was caused by the lights was bleaching when they got too close. 99% of all plant issues are not caused by lighting, no matter what type of light you use.

So heres a suggestion for ya my friend.. when your starting your next grow.. get some help from someone who's successfully completed a few grows with your type of set up.. id be happy to help wherever I can no problem.. but I'm in the UK so I'd be totally unfamiliar with products you're using.. if you reach out I'm sure you'll get assistance. Other than that.. keep your temps and humidity as close to in range as you can all the time.. get your watering schedule down and pH your liquid going in.. and you'll be golden  :vibes:
