Oh boy did life get busy the past 3 weeks. Last I updated this journal was way back on day 22 of the grow and here we are on day 45. Lots has happened in between then and now so it's time for an update. I'll try to keep it short. But for a reminder, seeds were planted May 4th 2023 (today is June 25th) this is where we last were:
And as a quick preview, this is what the tent looks like now:
So first that happens on week 5 (Day 29) is i have to leave town for work for 2 weeks. That means the plants are in the hands of my beautiful wife for a little bit. She's tracking how to pH the water and how to top dress with dry amendments and that's it. That means no more LST or defoliation until i come back. This week went by smoothly. Here's a pic:
We get to the start of the next grow week (day 36) and I'm now a couple days from getting back home. I had been receiving some daily updates and once and a while I'd get told there would be a solo, old bottom leaf turning yellow. She'd remove it then I would hear nothing of the like for a day or two. I thought nothing of it since they looked fine otherwise:
