So I ended up with 6 nice colas out of the 8 I intended to create. 4 of the 6 are really nice and full. There's some lower branches that have nice flowers also. I did not do any defoliation or lollipopping. After the toppings in week 2 then week 3 it's been left to grow. It averages about 9 hours of direct sunlight a day. It's been pretty hot these last few weeks so things are progressing a bit faster. One thing I can advise, do not use black fabric pots for outside growing unless you can cover them. In late afternoon they so got on the side towards the sun. I have my outdoor plants on wheeled plant carts. It is necessary, I turn the plants when I get home from work as well as put some water down the side facing the sun. It helps imo. The smell is really starting to become pungent. I have a bourbon berry growing also and walking outside on the back porch it smells like a melon fruit bowl that's like sour and musty mixed with chronic. My wife is starting to complain about it, personally I think it smells amazing.
