Introduction

First and foremost, I want to say hi! I've always wanted to grow cannabis but have never lived in a state where it was legal to do so. Now that Virginia has legalized recreational marijuana use, I'm happy to be able give it a go. This blog will detail my first grow, two ILGM Granddaddy Purple autoflowers in a 2x2.5 Gorilla grow tent. I will be growing these ladies in a DWC system inspired by GrowDoctorGuides. I'll be using the General Hydroponics Flora series nutrients with some Rapid Start to encourage root development during the vegetative phase and Armor Si to keep the ladies strong. To ensure a healthy environment, I'll also be adding bleach every few days as needed. Finally, the ladies will bathe under a VIPARSPECTRA SX1500 full spectrum LED board.
