Kerosene Krash Day 37
The girls have really started to get their grow on this week. Bertha is really starting to show her true XXL genetics, she has been compared to the cabbage that ate Chicago .
Kerosene Bertha
A carry bag of leaves was removed from the the first 1/3 of the plant including any leaves that were pointing inwards. With the hot weather experienced recently, this has helped out with air flow. Kerosene Bertha was dressed with 4 dessert spoons of Worm-casts at the end of week 5 (Day 35). She will have enough calcium and magnesium now to see her through to the end.
At the end of this week I'll be top dresssing again with Barley, Bloom Auto which consists of ( Organic Bat guano, Northern Atlantic kelp meal, sterilised Bone meal, mined Sulphate of potash, Dolomite Lime, Diatomaceous earth.) and Mycoboost a blend of mycorrhizal fungi, plant beneficial bacteria, humic, fulvic and amino acids and natural growth stimulants.
Kerosene Betty started showing a typical Cal-Mag issue which was really surprising, I know the soil and nutrients are where I need them, so a pH check of the water reservoir in the Lechuza gave the game away. I had a pH issue which had gone unnoticed. I rectified by flushing the container with 10litres of ph'd 6.5 water and then feeding 10ml Molasses alongside 2.5ml Sensi Grow A+B and 2ml Sensi Bloom A+B.
Kerosene Betty
The netting was brought out mid week to start training those branches into the even canopy that I want to utilise the space.
Until next week, Happy Dreaming
