I wasn't too happy when I took the photos...

but when I saw last weeks pictures I calmed down a little bit.
So 1 week has passed since I started recording my efforts to grow some beautiful plants.
I'm not doing too much,I think they got watered once in this weeks, pots aren't completely dry, still have some weight to them.
Probably they will drink tomorrow some PH'd water.
This is the 19th and 18th day above soil for the babies,I haven't introduced any nutrients yet.
I use Plagron grow light soil, should be doing the fertilizing for 3 to 4 weeks. There is no visible deficiencies,so I'm not forcing any nutes.
I'm not too sure why aren't the leaves pointing upwards as they should,or why many of the plants staying very short, albeit bushy.
I just can't figure it out,as much as I want to.
I raised the lights now by 10-15 cm,now they are above the canopy about 70-80cm.It's like 27-30 inches in American.:)
I was hoping to harvest by now....Seriously I'm so impatient I can't even say.
As far as I know my girls should be starting the stretching phase very soon,I might do some LST then. Some of them haven't reached I think 5 inches...sooooooo short.
WHY?
Here are this weeks photos:

On some of them the tips are yellow that could be something also I think you have to many fans on them could be stressing them out I learned that the hard way also what lights did you use?

I use full spectrum LEDs with Far Red and supplemental UVB with consistant PPFD metrics between 750 and 850

your fans (long term) are for circulating and regulating temp and rH, a larger fan should be used for 10 mins a day to blow your plants around - it's a kind of super-cropping (no not the kind where your tie her face to her heels) - it strengthens stem strength but shouldn't be employed for hours - wind burn sucks and fucks up autoflowering yield.

looks like maybe you're running your temps high, or your soil is too hot - cannot tell if the tips are from burning or just light from accelerated growth - if they fill in with chlorophyll after nodes build above those leaves - they didn't burn.
