Mars Hydro Grow Journal 2021/SP6500 - Mars Hydro TS1000 Lights Grow.

I got my air pots filled with coco today and pre-watered with Canna Start, I decided to skip the paper towel step and dropped the seeds into the Coco after 24 hours of soaking, so all done and sitting under humidity domes now.

My Gorilla Zkittles from Barney's Farm and one of the Bloody Skunk have stuck their heads up already.... Here's Barney

Looks like I'm off to a good start here.
All 6 seeds are now seedlings and above ground smiling at me
The Gorilla Zkittles seed from Barney's Farm did catch my eye being a bit bigger than the others, it also split open and plumped up the most out of the six seeds in the approx 24 hours soaking in water, I only soaked for the 24 hours and then directly into the Coco, no paper towel method this time, and Barney had stuck his head up in less than 24 hours, pretty strong start.

Going well here, Barney is looking very strong and one of the Bloody Skunk looks to be turning out albino

1st day of week 3

Seedlings are doing well, little bit of heat stress on the first 1 and 3 finger leaves but I'm happy enough with progress.
The first one finger ones I snipped off as the was already new grow starting there on 5 out of 6 of them ad they look strong enough that it wouldn't stress them

Coming along fine still, Magnum is a bit of a slow starter it looks but I think they all got a bit of heat stress earlier.
I was going to buy another TS1000 this week but then the car needed a new battery :-(
I'll get it next week instead

I just ordered a 3rd TS1000 today, let's see how close to full 450watt instead of 300w helps flowering and buds

I'm nearly forgetting to update this and plenty has happened since last time.
I found out my Purple Punch is Barney's Farm and not SweetSeeds, don't know how I got that wrong.
2 Bloody Skunk and the Gorilla Zkittlez got topped today and made into clone attempts, it worked good the last time
Interestingly the Albino Bloody Skunk is the one that is ahead of all the 6 main plants.
I have started a small pot with a Pina Auto as well for a Bonsai project again.
And last but best thing, I have also bought a 3rd Mars Hydro TS1000 so I will have 450watt soon and also an AC Infinity Controller 67 it's a HUGE upgrade to the S6 extraction fan, giving it humidity and temperature control, it's Bluetooth and there's a super cool app for your phone too.
Enough talking, here's what the Mars Hydro 2x4x6ft tent looks like today (Sorry about all the product placement LOL)

Another day, another few toppings
5 out of the 6 girls are now topped and the tops put into a big shared pot to hopefully grow roots.
Last of the Bloody Skunk seems to be a bit of a midget so I won't top that one, it an be super cropped later instead.
Barney's Farm Gorilla Zkittlez got some light tie Town LST as well.
I have tracking on the new light so next week we're going to WARP SPEED

I honestly didn't think I would have much to show or *compete with* by 9th March but it is looking good so far, girls will be 4 weeks tomorrow except for Little Pina Baby Girl

My first/last grow under 2 of the Mars Hydro TS1000 lights... Not that I'm under any illusion that I get that lucky again but one can hope and try

I probably would have taken a few buds for smoke and made hash with the rest.
I'm trying to stay away from buds with high leaf to bud girls, unless they are reported great hash producers.
I had a gelato with high leaf to bud ratio. It was killer smoke and vape, but it was a ton of work by hand.
If I grew girls like that, I'd get one of those trimming machines! LOL!

It's a small pot made from the bottom of a 2 litre plastic bottle with a Pina Auto I started a little later than the others, it's only sitting on the driver to get it in the picture with the Mars Hydro sticker

And here we are, 4 weeks today, week 5 starts tomorrow, I'm well happy with these girls, even the smallest one is looking like picking up a little more now.
Just checked the tracking, 3rd light should be here in a couple of days

Plants are doing really well, Magnum has nearly caught up and the tiny one of the 3 Bloody Skunk are showing signs of taking off as well now
Today is good day, my 3rd TS1000 arrived, so in to the tent it went
I present to you my Ladies and gentlemen.....
My Mars Hydro 2x4x6ft tent ON STEROIDS....
1st day off week 5 since dropping the seeds in water, and I'm upping this from 300w to 450w...
