First time growing

Good morning,
HELP PLEASE, first time growing and having a fungus gnats infestation. After doing a bit more research i did realise how my problem started, For the first three weeks I did not had the intake fan on believing that the two mesh windows of the grow tent plus the little fan blower with one of the top whole opened as well will be enough to circulate air. On the 23th September I’ve dropped 4 seeds straight in the growing pot.
Two stardawg and two narcopurps, one narcopurps didn’t manage to pop out. They had a very rough life start my temperature range was oscillating between 18 degrees C to 31 degrees C, as well having a humidifier in running 24/7 pushing humidity up to 90% at some points, the room itself that I have the growing tent was like a jungle climate and I was so happy with it, but then the problem started And started noticing those little black flies ignoring at first, but by the end of third week was getting really bad, there was a moment when I thought they’ll be dying, but they made it till now, and from what they ve been trough I am really happy how they are doing at moment.
They get 500ml twice a week ph water between 6.2-6.5 with hydrogen peroxide 3%. 40ml per litre of water.
I’ve given them three feeds as well, like 3-4 teaspoons slightly mixed at top of soil before watering.
I am trying to have a simple grow that can hopefully get some rewards back from.
The biggest problem that I have is fungus gnats, can’t get those fuckers away, every morning when I go and wish them a beautiful growing day, the floor off tent is full of them dead gnats, and you can see them flying around and wandering around on the top of soil. I did had some yellow patches with honey around, zero results with, been spraying as well some flies killer on the floor as well, but kinda bit afraid that that strong smell will go in the plant as they’re starting to flower, actually narcopurps she’s a week ahead of the two stardawg. I do have at moment bowls with vinegar, water, sugar and dish soap around them.
Over the last two weeks I’ve managed to keep the temperature between 23C-25C with humidity 40%-48%, as well with the intake fan on and 24h light cycle and they’ve boosted quite a bit.
Few pictures with my setup and girls taken today, my LST is quite bad, but they’re aerated and having few side branches, will get better at this as well I’ve removed quite a few of the fan leaves during last two weeks.
Thank you all for reading trough and wish you a good day.

1/2 inch cover of diatomaceous earth in your pots should do the trick. scratches them as they try to get to soil to lay eggs, dries em out and kills em.
