I've been cleaning up the lower branches and defoliating some of the leaves as I go but after a few days of that, I think I'm going to leave the rest of them. It's hard to get to the back of the tent at this stage, so I just have to try and trim what I can. The flowers are stacking up real nicely at this stage and I'm seeing new growth everyday.
