Hey afnfam,
So I figured I'd post a group shot and say at Day 31 for the oldest plant and with 2 more beans about to sprout with plants aged throughout, the perpetual grow is off to a healthy start. The switch to Biobizz Lite, I think the key factor and also not so lite as I thought OR.... see Monkey's thought's below;
Blue Jack is Day 31 with a pretty top and tons of budsites. The ages are a few weeks apart roughly for them. But started in pairs mostly. The 2 about to pop are my last 2 Alien Moonrocks beans as @Rebel is re-upping soon, so I can go ahead and drop em.
Now to Monkey's thoughts;
My girls always look little comparatively to other plants of the same strain and age. However they are all fat and just stack out. This so far, has happened with all my autos. But I've also found I don't need to give them much. Nutrients or water even. I've waited til the container was dry by "the lift"; to avoid overwatering, and that seems to have worked out. However I see some growers using 3-4x the same nutes as I am for the same strain/age.
Are people jacking these autos up with nutes like bodybuilders and roids? Or is there a period in the autoflower lifecycle were they will drastically require more nutrients? But to me the less is more approach, is the way to go, at least for this monkey. I've yet to have a plant issue yet going with this approach.
Thanks for stopping by,
