Time to pick up my old Bonsai stash and start working :smoking:
Also made me remember an old Bonsai hack for the expensive rotating tables for styling them, got a 3$ rotating support for the old big ass televisions on eBay a bunch of years ago and it works like a charm, so good that I’m now considering getting 6more to have them under the trays to rotate the plants
This was my 1st week of attempting to train the girls and baaaam, broken stem on the 2nd attempt
It was a good lesson for 2 reasons, made me realize that I’ve started too late with LST and how far I can push them also think that my positioning was not the best and I could have gone up 1or2 nodes.
I’m using Ionized wire, initially was thinking on using the wire tight to some clamps matching the ones holding the plant names but it pulled the flaps of my pots inwards and I wasn’t liking it so after seeing how 420pigeons uses his U shape wires to pin the branches down decided to give it a try and it work really good for me, I’m adjusting it every 2days, learning as I go and they are responding very well.
