Yellowing with spots about 1 week into flower

Wondering if it is possibly chloramine since first time I had to use my city water instead or rain water this grow. Possibly manganese or magnesium defency? Growing in organic soil with quantum boards.

Looks like nitrogen deficiency to me......im no expert by any means but the experts will want to know alot more information.
