i promised myself this would happen this time, but i'm still relatively new to all this so.....

Thank you in advance for reading and also for any help you may offer!

Problem:
Yellow patches on new growth, plant is at 28 days (end of wk 4), issue has been present for approx. 7 days now, in that time it does not seem to have worsened but also has not improved.

Medium/grow method:
Soil, product called Cre, details as follows:
Formulated from a mix of 70/30%, fine/coarse fractions of 100% sustainably sourced Irish peat moss for an open structure.
15% perlite to aid drainage
1.5kg/m3 NPK 14-16-18 fertiliser
2.5kg/m3 Organic 7-7-10 fertiliser
Fortified with 2kg/m3 kelp meal. Kelp increases availability of micro nutrients and trace elements and increases microbial diversity and aids in nutrient cycling.
Ph 6.0

Feed: and supplements used:
As per Biobizz feeding schedule and table below for growing in Allmix, always pH’d to 6.1 - 6.5:

Not measuring EC, only pH.

water source:
Tap water, PH’d to 6.1 – 6.5 after mixing nutrients

Strain/age:
Barneys Blue Cheese Auto Feminized, 28 days from germination

light used:
Mars Hydro SP250, 20/4

Climate:
Night time as low as 14°C/30% RH, day time 25°C/40% RH, extraction on to match light cycle

Additional info:
The sisterplant showing no signs of this despite having exact same treatment, key difference is size & apparent volume, sisterplant is approx. 1.5 – 2x her size. Water update is low, have not had to water in 5 days and pot remains heavy, sister plant sucking up 500 – 750ml per day. Only defect the sisterplant show is yellow tips, probably due to rapid growth. Both plants entered flowering stage this week

14°C/57°F is too low 20°c/68°F should be the minimum night time temperature. It looks like a tiny bit of Cal-mag deficiency. Fix the temperatures first and may fix it.

Thanks for looking and replying.

I was always led to believe I wanted at least 10c below daytime temps at night? Is this not the case? Also, if night time temps are the issue, why is my other plant making great progress?

I should note also that the leaves are drooping on this smaller problem plant whereas the biggun is not drooping until night when its close to bed time
