The girls are a mix of varieties . Some are yellowing and some are mostly green. They are 7 weeks old.
The question specifically is about the lights...I have 2 California lightworks solarxtreme 500 which do 400 watts (true) and are PAR 500 at 24". Right now the girls are 24" away from the light so I believe if they both cover 4x4 that a good part of the tent which us 4x4 would be around 800-1000 PAR?
Also not sure on why the leaves are yellowing. If it's the light or if they have some issues.

Unfortunately, there is no way for someone here to know what your par levels are or should be.. That should be provided by the manufacturer or maybe even in a YouTube review/test of the light.. As far as the yellowing.. Any change in leaf color is mostly likely not a good thing, unless you're about 7 days from harvest. This issue has been going on for some time now, and looks to be a lack of nitrogen. Now whether that's caused by something locking out the nitrogen, or simply because the soil has ran out of nitrogen. If the soil is depleted of nitrogen, you can water in a layer of earthworm castings, or some source of nitrogen, and try to stop the problem from spreading up to the top of the plant.. If it's locked out because of excess salts or nutes in the soil, you would need to flush the excess and start feeling in lighter doses.. But there's nothing that can be done for the leaves that are already damaged. You'll want to start taking some sort of action as soon as you see discoloration on leaves. The plant speaks to us thru it's leaves.. Green is good. Just about any other color, shade or pattern, and there's probably a problem somewhere.

Proph makes good points above. I would say the lights are fine, I don't see any burnt leaves.

I noticed, since upgrading my lights, that plants receiving more light want more nutrients, too. You have a lot of light, maybe try increasing feeding a bit?

Thank you guys for your assistance. It confirms my thoughts on what the issues may be. I've been going kind of light on the feeding so they wouldn't lock out so I think they are trying to tell me they need more nitrogen and bloom. I'm glad i joined this forum!

Another question I had is are they stunted or not? I should have supported them with a counter tie down low when I bent them over because I think I damaged the roots perhaps. On the other hand some of the stems are quite thick and they have a good ammount of bud sites. Any feedback would be appreciated...ty! Also I think I had the light too close in seedlings stage for a while. This is my 1st grow so I'm definitely learning alot.

Here are more pics of the ones that are greener.
