New Grower Yellowed leaves and stunted growth

Hi all this is my first grow and am having trouble. Two different strains- Hindu Kush and Skunk #1 a day away from 2 weeks under migro 200. The soil is plagron light mix and have started mixing in a half dose of plagron power roots .The leaves are light green and the growth was stunted though I do know I over watered them a week ago and just watered in pics. Also I made the mistake of first germinating them in jiffy pellets.
All help is greatly appreciated thanks.

I'm pretty new but I think they don't need anything yet. Don't feed seedlings. Not familiar with that medium but it sounds like a pre-ammended soil. You probably dont have to feed them for another 2 or 3 weeks.

They look ok m8.. maybe a few days behind where I'd expect to be at day 14 but certainly not a lost cause by any means.. one looks a bit mutanty.. a bit twisted.. but could be the pics.. Ive used plagron light mix for 6 years and never had an issue with it.. great stuff.. how much and how often are you feeding them?? And no nutes yet?? I start on day 8 with base nutes.. and what size are your pots??

Nice to see another grower using migro cobs.good.job.and just give them water.is all they need for now.happy growing every1
