Wondering Roots Remedy

My plants are in week 5 i have 2 plants on this controller (Fastbud Rhino Ryder) and today when i began my Nute change i saw this
that is my return pipe with a couple roots goin with the flow. I don't want them to get into my intake so was wondering
1- Should i pull them back to their pods?
2- Cut em?
3- Twist them around a fork like spaghetti and let them stay?
Whatcha all think?

If the plants will finish before the pipe is plugged up just let it go otherwise clip them where they enter the pipe.
