Wk6 auto grow: Defoliate or No?

My girls are on the shorter side already and i would hate to stunt their growth. However, i dont think im getting the best light penetration.. this is my first grow.. help a brother out..

Plants are small. I don't see a reason to. They look healthy

Yeh they are.big lack of lighting..my understanding is better and I prepared fir the next grow..new lights otw..question tho..with a 1500watt ..in a 2*4 room do you think i can still manage to get at lead 28 grams from her?

Idk how much you might get off of them just depends on how everything goes.
