Will this soil be adequite?

I'm extremely new to growing (gearing up for my first attempt).
I'm wondering if this soil: https://www.promixgardening.com/en/product/detail/promix-premium-organic-vegetable-herb-mix
will be decent for indoor autoflowers in general or this will over fertilize the plant?

I'm no expert but that should work. Just put your seeds into a peat pod or something like that. You don't want to try and start seedlings in a soil with nutrients as It will most likely burn them.

They don't need nutrients for the first 2 or 3 weeks. So during that time the roots are growing and by the time they reach your soil it should be 2 weeks or so and they'll start to feed on your soul.

Try and protect them from it with peat until they grow into it.

I consider myself to still be a new grower of sorts and I'm not personally familiar with that soil but I seem to remember lots of folks use promix but someone smarter than I will know more.
