I have a male auto in the same tent as 4 other females in hopes of getting some seeds to continue experimenting. The male started dropping pollen a few weeks before the females were ready to accept and being in the same tent, once they were of proper age, they received pollen as soon as they were ready. I'm already seeing some calyxes begin to swell which is great, but my question is as stated above, will this early pollination limit the number of seeds I harvest. I can't help but think that once the plant starts putting energy into seed production that bud growth will rapidly slow. If I continue to let the male drop pollen, will the females continue to produce new bud sites and continue to take pollen, or next time around should I wait to introduce the females later in flower so there are bigger and more numerous buds for seed production? Much love for all the help, and as I learn a bit more I look forward to contributing.
