Seriously thinking of getting an indoor setup with the crap weather in my lat. and also because of the short growing season, but do wonder why people choose autos for indoor grows?

quick turnaround and perpetual grows without needing a veg and separate photo area id say.
myself i had space issues with 2 foot of headroom so it seemed like the best idea. im running both atm, vegging the photos while the autos are budding up so ill have something harvested around the time they go into flower.

I like the idea i can go in my room 24 hours a day or if theres spare room in a veg room then its a no brainer. Not sure about the turnaround 2-3 weeks veg and 8 weeks flower i dont think turn around is a major thing as most auto's take 10-12 weeks

Agito well said..I have some photos goin now and was just sayin that damn I cant go in and look at em nice to peep n tom on em any time you like..

Too many accidents happen with outside grows around here...we're very rural but .........all my buds do it inside....I'm the only primary auto grower among us cuz they clone mostly...
I chose inside for the control and convienence...I made sure it was stealthy and unmentioned except to the ones who have to clean my stuff up if I go south....it takes approx 45-60 minutes to disassemble my whole operation...even pluggin the hole in the floor where I get fresh air.....autos fit my schedule and the way I like to grow....oh I'll throw a photo in sometimes ....it's all fun...

Because there just as potent as non auto. Clones and veg room that is also a flower room is an excellent way to offset the cost of veg room. Both I like..

What i'm thinking is, if growing under artificial light (user controlled) with feminised photo's you surely could veg to a height that the grow room determines?

When you have plants that can bud under 24 hours of light instead of 12 that's twice the time spent producing bud. I've seen monster autos that just put photos of the same height to shame. I also Like to vege photo plants at the same time I'm budding autos so I can harvest, up pot and flip the lights real quick.

I've always gotten better results indoors under controlled conditions. Outdoors I have to deal with insects, mostly spider mites and caterpillars, as well as periods of rainy weather where the plants stay too wet for too long. My indoor yields are always more potent and higher than outdoors. I've gotten to the point that any autos I grow outdoors I usually just use for hash or oil.
