Gorilla Glue. A week and a half old. Some organic soil. RH 34%-50%. Temp 64° night -85° day. Just gave it a watering yesterday w some of fox farms trio nute pack. Started its first dose very small at 200 ppm. I didnt water too much. There was not run off.

I am not sure what is causing the leaves to droop and curl like they are. I doubt im underwatering as the soil all feels moist to me.

No nutes needed the first 2 to 3 weeks in soil. Over or underwatered is why its drooping I think. I dont use them soil meters. I use the lift technique. Pot has weight means it has water. A light pot needs water. Dry soil on top is an indicator you need to water also.

Thats a soil ph meter.

Yeah thats a soil ph monitor in the pic not a soil meter for water.also its only in a small cup rn, the lift technique only works for me w bigger pots.... Hard as heck to tell w small containers and cups. Its not the nutes. Those are seedling nutes that are diluted so I dont think thats it.

I think you were right ab the underwatering. I just moved em into a new tent and under a stronger grow lamp a couple days ago.. I havent watered till I see run off...at all. The soil looks dry today. So do I water till theres some run off? That just seems like a lot of water

I never check the soil ph. Only the water and nutrients mixed going into the plants gets ph checked and adjusted in range. I aim for 6.4 to 6.6 in soil with 6.5 being perfect in my opinion. Right in the middle of 6 and 7. So if it swings it got room to swing both ways imo. If theres a ph problem I'd flush with ph adjusted water once til good amount of run off then next watering I'd start nutes again ph adjusted. I grow in soil and never check my soil. Others will tell you the same. In hydro you check your water but in soil it's not needed. Real growers recharge has bennies and good fungi and molasses and can help plants uptake nutrients at a wider ph range as well. It's a arsenal in my garden. Wouldnt go without recharge ever! Or some kind of bennies like great white if recharge isnt available.

My bad I thought that was a ph meter and moisture and light meter. They make the 3 in 1 units that look like that. Or they just have ph ones like you got in your pics.

The answer to your question by me is yes you shud water til run off. About 20 percent run off is ideal. Some dont water til run off. Some do. If you water til run off you'll have to water less often tho and get less air pockets in the soil. You never want the soil to dry out completely or that can cause air pockets that water doesnt get too. But you dont want to over water neither which means watering if a pot is heavy. That pot needs to dry out before watered again or you can kill your roots and cause pythium (root rot). Recharge like I use and mentioned above in my other posts, or any Bennies are great for helping to prevent that. I just ordered some Mother Earth Coco Coir for my next run I'll be starting. You cant overwater in coco. But you can in soil so be careful. Imma be doing both. Both can be reused after growing a plant also with recharge.

35 to 40% rH Put a dome over them. They're giving off more moisture than the roots can replace at that rate.

I have a humidifier in the tent with them. Should I turn it up then?

If humidity is supposed to be 35% to 40% and im at 34%-50% wouldn't that mean my rh is fine?

Sorry im a noobie mc noob noob. So i have to ask all these questions because I have no fugggin clue whats up. Im just going off all the info ive been able to soak up

Seedlings would like to see a higher rH, I like to see 55 to 70%. Here's a VPD temp/rH chart (Vapor Pressure Differential). It shows zones for different stages. Temps given are leaf temp. Led sweet spot temps wise is about 75 to 82 high 85ish. Best growth will be experienced holding as close to these "zones" as possible.

Edit: The 35 to 40 was a mistype. Was meant to read 35 to 50.... meaning your rH. Too low at this point. 35% verging on too low at any stage. Canna will grow under that, does every year out in my backyard, but for best results.... follow the chart.
