Foot Cheeze from night owl or head cheeze but that one is a little more sativa. But truthfully you just need to get something really potent and just grow till it's over ripe and all the heads are dark Amber. Then wait some. Chop dry cure for a really long time the longer the better. You need the thca to turn to thc then to cbn for that sedative effect. You need to have a proper dry to do a cure if you made oil out of this bud it would be red . You get that it will be stoney. It can be done they chemistry with heat in a much faster time but that's only good for edibles unless you want to run the flavor. Thc turns to cbn with oxidization over time
